The Delta Community Band is a member band of the Brentwood Music Foundation, a charitable organization that allows us to continue playing without having to make our members pay dues, so that we can focus on making music instead of raising money!

The Brentwood Music Foundation exists to create local performance opportunities for hobbyist musicians and students, as well as providing scholarships for promising college-bound student musicians.

Please note on your check whether your donation is for scholarships or a specific purpose that you have in mind. If not specified, then funds will be used as needed to support our member bands.

The Brentwood Music Foundation is a 501(3)(c) non-profit corporation. Your donations are fully tax deductible.

Note that you will not receive a receipt unless any single donation exceeds $250 and you do not donate anonymously, or if you explicitly request one.

Membership

The Brentwood Music Foundation’s voting members comprise the regularly attending members of the Delta Community Band. The Board of Directors consists of current and former members of the Delta Community Band and Brentwood Concert Band.

The Brentwood Music Foundation is an all-volunteer organization; none of our staff receive compensation for their participation.
